5. Refunds

Pinkelle Adventures is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete documentation.

Visa fees are generally non-refundable once processing has commenced.

8. Travel Insurance

11. Customer Responsibilities

Travelers agree to:

  • Follow local laws and regulations.
  • Respect tour guides, accommodation providers, and fellow travelers.
  • Maintain valid travel documents throughout the journey.
12. Force Majeure

Pinkelle Adventures shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government actions, or severe weather.
